This model of commercial pit jack is available in a 13 Tonne or 20 Tonne capacity.

Our commercial pit jacks are manafactured to suit individual pit widths and specifications.
Air over oil hydraulic design allows for increased performance and longevity of cylinder lifespan.
Cylinders can be operated independenly and transversley sliding rams for accurate positioning.
Suitable for ATF & MOT test lanes.
Triple layer of safety features – Safety Lowering Valves, anti-burst valves & ram lock-off handles.
Security Struts are fitted to this model of pit jack to provide an additional layer of security to the user.
Each jack comes with included in the price with; 2x 125mm Extensions, 2x Vee Head Adapters, 2x Dish Head Pansies, Accessory Rack Holder & Airline Adapter.
Covered by a 5 year warranty.

Beam	Covering pit widths from 750mm - 1500 mm. We can make commercial pit jacks outside of these dimensions so please get in touch).
Wheels	The beam moves on four wheels, which have needle roller bearings to ensure ease of movement up and down the length of the pit. Parallel wheels are fitted as standard to suit flat angle pit edges with tapered wheels as an alternative for use on RSJ supporting rails. Spring loaded wheels can also be provided upon request, these retract when the jack is under load so locking its position.
Power Pack	A high output hand pump complete with delivery valve, pre set overpressure valve and ‘dead man’ release valve produces the high output flow to the cylinders.
Rams	The two double acting hydraulic cylinders have a 400 mm stroke. Top quality chrome plated rods are used as well as the latest seal technology to ensure a long and trouble free life. Each cylinder is fitted with safety hose burst valve and a 90 degrees movement isolation valve for easy visual confirmation of its position.
Warranty	5 Year warranty (T&Cs Apply). All jacks designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and engineering standard: BS EN 1494:2001 (Materials handling equipment), complies with EC requirements and LOLER lifting regulations. Each unit is fully tested, marked with serial number and supplied with a test certificate.
