15 / 20 TONNE AIR OPERATED FLOOR JACK WITH SECURITY STRUTS

15T or 20T capacity with a lifting stroke of 750mm, minimum height of 1200mm & maximum height of 2000mm.

This unit is used on the pit floor instead of a conventional jacking beam running on a pit floor.
It may also be used on the garage floor post or column lifts.
Quadruple layer of safety features – Safety Lowering Valve, anti-burst valve, ram lock-off handle & Security Struts.
Fitted with Security Struts to provide additonal layer of safety to the user.
Fast acting air pump
Air over oil hydraulic design allows for increased performance and longevity of cylinder lifespan.
Each jack comes with 1x Dish Head Pansy.
Front and rear handles for easy & ergonomic movement.

Wheels	The lifting cylinder is mounted in a 800 mm square sprung base and is easily moved on 4 castors. On loads above 600 kg the castors retract and the unit sits solidly on the floor.
Power Pack	A high output hand pump complete with delivery valve, pre set overpressure valve and ‘dead man’ release valve produces the high output flow to the cylinder. The design offers air over oil hydraulic power for advance and retract of the cylinder, this increases unloaded movement. Control is by a single air valve. Up for advance and power lift and down for retract.
Rams	The double acting hydraulic cylinder has a 750mm stroke. Top quality chrome plated rods are used as well as the latest seal technology to ensure a long and trouble free life.
Warranty	5 Year warranty (T&Cs Apply). All jacks designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and engineering standard: BS EN 1494:2001 (Materials handling equipment), complies with EC requirements and LOLER lifting regulations. Each unit is fully tested, marked with serial number and supplied with a test certificate.
